  • About

If mulled wine is the drink of Christmas, Pimm’s is the drink of summer. Get your mush around this classic fruity fix-up to add that extra feel-good touch to your summer street party/quad party/garden party – or literally any other occasion where the sun’s out and the fun’s loud. Bottoms up!

Ingredients

  • 1 punnet of strawberries
  • 1 orange
  • ¼ cucumber
  • lots of ice

Method

  1. Thinly slice the strawberries, orange and cucumber.
  2. Fill up six tall glasses or a large glass jug with ice and add a small handful of the fruit and cucumber to each one with a couple of sprigs of the mint.
  3. Fill each glass a quarter full with Pimm’s, then top up with lemonade. Finish with another sprig of mint.
