Double Chocolate Meringue Cookies

If you enjoy dark chocolate, you’ll love these flourless fudge cookies. If you prefer a less intense treat, substitute milk chocolate chips. Either way, they are amazing with a big glass of milk. Or you can pair them with a glass of red wine. I prefer a versatile Pinot Noir, but, in general, you can pair dark chocolate with a hearty red and sweeter chocolate with a lighter bodied wine.
