On The Kitchen, I do a regular segment called “Leftover L’Oven,” where I take leftovers and transform them into a totally new dish. I like to think of it as giving leftovers a “makeover,” kind of like on those morning shows when they pluck an unsuspecting woman from the crowd, do her hair, put makeup on her, and—poof—she suddenly has a new look.
