Cherry Lillet Blanc Spritz

Lillet is a liqueur from the Bordeaux region that I typically only drink in the summer. It’s fruity and refreshing, and the French typically drink it over ice with a slice of orange, lemon, or lime. I find that it works really well in cocktails, especially when club soda is involved—the bubbles lighten it up a bit. It pairs nicely with the Bing cherries in this cocktail, but you can try substituting other berries if you so desire.
