This is a dish that is ideal for entertaining, as it is equally delicious served hot or cold, and it takes almost no time at all to prepare. The tuna needs only a few minutes to cook, and the romesco actually benefits from being made ahead of time to allow the flavors time to develop.

For the romesco sauce

  • 2 jarred roasted red peppers
  • ½ cup (75 g) almonds

Method

Make the romesco sauce

In a food processor, combine the red peppers, almonds, bread, vinegar, honey, and smoked paprika. Pulse to combine. With the motor running, add the oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
