I looooove green olives. I think green olives are the sole reason I like a dirty martini. (I order mine extra dirty—so dirty it’s cloudy. Then the next day none of my rings fit.) Turns out, that briny green flavor pairs just as nicely with green beans as it does with vodka. This dish is good served either warm or cold, and it’s great for a picnic.
