I used to have zucchini in my garden, and it would grow like a weed. One day the vegetable would look normal and the next it would be gigantic. If you can get it when it is still small, it is much more tender. Many farmers’ markets and grocery stores are selling the baby version these days, and it is quite easy to prepare and makes for a nice presentation.
