This is a recipe I developed for The Kitchen. Each of the co-hosts were to give a different spin on green beans, and I was tasked with a salad. Usually, if I make a green bean salad, I do it with some orange segments, cherry tomatoes, and sesame vinaigrette, but the day before I had made a kale salad with blue cheese and bacon.
