I have one word for this recipe: tasty. I am crazy about green goddess dressing, and I love it on corn just as much as on salads. Many of us have had chili powder and cheese on corn, so I wanted to give the same concept a new twist with the goddess dressing as inspiration. Don’t be turned off by anchovies; they are the key to reaching that umami flavor nirvana. In this recipe, I simmer the corn, but you can absolutely put this on grilled corn. If you have any leftover spread, put it
