In the warm-weather months, I buy rosé by the case and we drink it like grown-up Kool-Aid. If you have leftover rosé, use it to make this gelatin, or buy an inexpensive (but still drinkable!) bottle. This is a really easy and elegant dessert, plus it is very light, so if dinner is on the heavy side this is the perfect call to finish off the meal.
