Pavlova is one of my go-to desserts when I’m trying to impress. It is so easy—wait, let me emphasize that sentiment: so easy. If you’re unfamiliar with pavlova, it is basically a large meringue with whipped cream and fruit, and it is very popular in Australia. Any fruit can be used; sometimes I’ll do peaches or strawberries, whatever looks best at the market. Prepare yourself for the oooohhhs and ahhhhhs you’ll receive!
