Chorizo Scotch Eggs

The English sure do love their pub grub. Take the Scotch egg, which has been around since the 1700s. A hard-boiled egg wrapped in sausage meat then breaded and deep-fried does make an excellent accompaniment to a pint of ale, so I guess those Brits know what they are talking about!
