Everybody has their go-to Friday-night pizza order. This is mine. Adding mushrooms to a pepperoni pizza makes for a hearty slice that will set you up for an evening of fun or save you when hunger strikes. I like my Friday-night pizza crispy. Roasting the mushrooms as the outdoor pizza oven heats prevents any sogginess from ever reaching the crust.
