Rainbow Chard and Spicy Sausage Pizza

With an entire rainbow of colors, a variety of textures, and delicious flavors, rainbow chard is my favorite leafy green to put on a pizza. An entire bunch of rainbow chard is cooked down into a savory and slightly sweet pizza topping that joins fresh mozzarella, toasty pine nuts, and a little bit of funk from some Pecorino Romano cheese. Spicy Italian sausage makes this colorful pizza hearty enough to serve as a satisfying main course.
