Fire-Roasted Meatballs

This is a classic multipurpose meatball but fire-roasted in the outdoor pizza oven. These meatballs are excellent served simply with Marinara Sauce or as a topping on the Fire-Roasted Meatball Pizza. The flames of the outdoor pizza oven make for a meatball with a delightfully crisp exterior and tender, juicy insides.
