Chile Relleno Sonoran Hot Dog

Back in my twenties, I was a regular at the late-night hot dog carts in downtown Phoenix, always grabbing the local favorite: Sonoran Dogs. These come loaded with toppings like mayo, ketchup, bacon, pickled jalapenos, guacamole, and just about anything else you can think of. No matter what was on top, every single bite seemed to satisfy whatever craving you had at the time. My version takes that Sonoran Dog and kicks it up a notch by stuffing a smoked hot dog and cheese into a chile relleno
