Sure, you can make a big batch of fresh guac (good luck not eating it first), but this smooth spread is perfect for sandwiches. It gets into all those little nooks and crannies of the bread, delivering that burst of rich freshness to balance out the barbecue. Storing it in a squeeze bottle or jar in the fridge will keep it bright green for days. Add some cilantro if you want an extra herby punch.
