Why choose between buffalo and BBQ when you can have both? This sauce brings together the classic heat of cayenne hot sauce with a sweet, smoky barbecue twist to balance it out. Finish it off with a whisk of cold butter for that velvety richness you expect from a great buffalo sauce.
