Once I started making these, they quickly became a staple in our fridge, right next to the pickled jalapeños. They’re sweet, sure, but man, they pack a punch! Similar to hot honey, the chiles soak into the syrup, turning all that heat into something deep, flavorful, and seriously tasty. Toss a few of these into your sandwiches for that perfect balance of sweet heat. They go especially well with anything creamy, like coleslaw or layers of melty cheese.
