This is one of the most frequently made recipes in our house—I’m usually preparing a new batch every other week. We use them in all kinds of sandwiches, tacos, wraps, and sometimes just to top off scrambled eggs or nachos. The jalapeños are sweet, crisp, and have a nice tang from the brine, making them the perfect addition when you need that little extra punch between the layers.
