This is so simple (yet a little expensive). I have served it often to my vegan friends for breakfast and it is a sure winner!

Ingredients

  • 700 g Basic Muesli (I leave out the raisins in this version, but it’s up to you)
  • 100 g cocoa nibs

Method

  1. Mix the muesli, cocoa nibs, nuts and chocolate together in a large bowl.
  2. Serve with your milk of choice (almond milk is delicious with this muesli) or, for a more indulgent breakfast, with double-cream yoghurt and berries or cherries.
