I love Chelsea buns now, but when I was little I loved and hated them as I really didn’t like raisins. When I went to chef school and learnt that I could just leave them out instead of picking them out, I was thrilled. If you’re not keen on dried grapes, just leave them out too.
P.S. Chef school not only developed my cooking skills but also my palate. Now I like raisins, but still don’t love them.
