I love having a batch of this glaze on hand during the fall months to drizzle over soups, roasted veggies, and salads.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup [240 ml] apple cider
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter

Method

  1. In a small skillet over medium heat, simmer the apple cider until reduced by half, 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from the heat and whisk in the butter, mustard, and salt. Whisk until emulsified.
