I love the triple hit of sweet, spicy, and bright in this chutney. I kept this at a medium heat for my personal taste, but feel free to add more chile or leave in the seeds if you like more spice.
Ingredients
1Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored, and cut into 2 in [5 cm] chunks
To the carafe of a high-speed blender, add the apple chunks, ginger, lime juice, green chile, and salt and blend until smooth. Add the mint and cilantro and blend for just a few seconds so that the leaves are mixed in and chopped but not completely incorporated. Taste and season with salt and lime juice as needed.
