Shredded Chicken

We developed this recipe so that the chicken can be added in the last few minutes of simmering your soup to take on a bit of flavor from the broth. We kept the seasoning for this shredded chicken very minimal so it can be a blank canvas. Wyatt finds that the easiest way to shred the chicken is to use two forks to break the meat apart as soon as it is cool enough to touch.
