This is my go-to when I want to serve homemade bread with my soups but I’m short on time. Top with chopped parsley or minced garlic to jazz them up. You can grill these (just brush the bread with oil instead of melting it in the pan) if making in the warmer months.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups [280 g] all-purpose flour, plus more for rolling
  • ½ Tbsp baking powder

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the yogurt. Stir to create a shaggy dough.
  2. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes. If the dough is sticking to the counter, add more flour, 1 Tbsp at a time, until it no longer sticks but remains v
