Focaccia is my go-to bread for when I’m hosting. It yields a big sheet pan’s worth of carb and always comes out tender and soft. I know 1 cup [240 ml] of olive oil is going to sound like a lot, but the oil is what gives this bread its crispy exterior and pillowy interior.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups [480 ml] warm water (110°F [45°C])
