If I could eat only one kind of bread for the rest of my life, it would be this loaf. It’s packed full of cheese and jalapeños, and the texture is a perfect mix of a soft interior and a crunchy exterior. If you like a lot of spice, you might use fresh, seeded jalapeño pieces instead of pickled.
