These delicate herb-filled rolls are so delicious and healthy. They’re great to have at parties because your friends can get into the act and make their own rolls (omit the shrimp for vegetarians). They may be called Summer Rolls but you’ll want to enjoy them all year round. Rolls can be made several hours in advance and stored at room temperature in an airtight container lined with dampened paper towels.
