This dish is inspired by the quintessential Northern Thai dish, Laab or Larb with Laotian origins. It’s a simple dish made with minced meat and is bursting with flavor. My husband and I enjoyed many varieties as we zipped around Chiang Mai on a motorbike. We rewarded ourselves with this tasty treat every time we survived another harrowing journey on the Mae Hong Son pass.
This tasty snack is quick and easy to make, my friend Kristin loved it so much after having it at a dinner party
