Some of my friends have become flexitarians, meaning “I’m mostly vegetarian, but sometimes eat fish,” that I always serve a fish or seafood dish when entertaining. Green curry paste’s green hue comes green chilies as well as basil, fresh coriander leaves (cilantro), and kaffir lime leaves. This simple melt-in-your-mouth salmon dish is light and delicious but full of flavor.
