This recipe is inspired by a dish we had at the popular Seafood Market and Restaurant in Bangkok. My sister Jeanie lives on Bainbridge Island, Washington and she helped me recreate this dish after a seafood shopping spree at Central Market, famous for its gorgeous assortment of fish and shellfish.

  • 6 medium-sized shrimp, peeled and deveined

  1. Toss the shrimp, scallops, and fish with the sesame oil, all-purpose cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
