Coconut Thai Basil Ice Cream

I met Danielle Keene at a food and wine charity event, Cooking for Love, which I co-chair every year to benefit Break the Cycle. She’s a super talented pastry chef and fun friend. She was also a finalist on Bravo TV’s Top Chef Desserts and is owner of LA based Bittersweet Treats. She was kind of enough to share her delectable Coconut Thai Basil Ice Cream recipe with us. Smooth, creamy, and infused with Thai basil, this ice cream is simply divine. A wonderful complement to a spicy Thai meal
