This is a crisp, sweet and light popular Thai dessert. It couldn’t be easier to make and is always a favorite at my dinner parties. The hint of lemongrass in the chocolate sauce is divine and gives this sauce an exotic and aromatic verve.

  • Lemon juice
  • Water

  1. Chocolate Lemongrass Sauce: Bring the coconut milk, palm sugar, and lemongrass to a gentle boil in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the palm sugar.
