Seafood is abundant is Guangzhou, China, where my family is from. I felt inspired to create this salad after a recent visit. Healthy, colorful and refreshing, this salad combines juicy ripe mango, lump crabmeat, cucumbers, red bell peppers and mixed baby greens in a bright lime-ginger dressing. I just served this at a ladies’ lunch and everyone went wild for it. It’s not fussy, yet it is luxurious—and that’s how we all deserve to feel at times, right? Pair it with champagne and your friends
