When I think of Hong Kong cuisine, I always think of Walnut Shrimp, which is a Hong Kong sensation. Fusion dishes like this, which incorporates mayonnaise and condensed milk, are a hallmark of the inventiveness of Hong Kong chefs. When my mother made this for me for the first time, I couldn’t believe this combination would work, but boy, was I wrong!
