In case you didn’t get the memo, kale is taking the world by storm as one of the healthiest, most nutrient-dense foods on the planet. Loaded with Vitamins A, K and C, it also contains tons of minerals, anti-oxidants and omega-3s. My brother-in-law David is a huge fan of kale and was looking for new ways to prepare it, so I suggested this simple recipe.
