This crisp, light and sweet dessert is easy to make and always goes over well at dinner parties. I love the zing of ginger in the chocolate sauce. My mom taught me how to cut the spring roll wrappers into fourths to make miniature cigar-shaped banana spring rolls, which are great for the little ones because they fit neatly in their hands. Unfortunately for me (and fortunately for them), my six year-old twins were the guinea pigs, and they drove me bananas with requests for more!
