- Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 4. Grease an ovenproof ceramic dish with butter. Arrange the bananas in the prepared dish.
- In a small saucepan, whisk the cream, sugar and cocoa together over a low heat until hot, then pour over the bananas.
