Method

In a small saucepan, combine the coconut cream and chocolate together over a low heat until just melted, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon. Remove from the heat and stir until smooth. Pour into a bowl and leave to cool, then stir in the lemon and lime zests and liqueur. Refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes until firm.
