  1. In a small saucepan, combine the chocolate and cream over a low heat until the chocolate has just melted, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon. Remove from the heat and stir in the rum. Pour into a heatproof bowl and leave to cool completely, then refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes until firm.
