Harry’s Bar is a very famous bar in Venice, Italy. It is renowned for its drinks and sandwiches, among many other foods. The toasties are really a Harry’s Bar version of the French croque monsieur – a cheese and ham toasted sandwich. The Harry’s Bar version is made with Swiss Gruyère, which is turned into a speedy rarebit mix, to give a creamier and more tasty finish. The sandwich is then fried in oliv
