This terrine recipe is quite something. The ingredients list might appear to be quite frightening as well! It uses four duck breasts, 750 g (1½ lb) chicken livers, a pork fillet and veal kidneys – all for a starter!
The terrine will in fact feed 12 people or maybe even 15. It is the sort of dish that you will make for a large dinner party or, perhaps, at Christmas time for when you have lots of visitors.
