Goose and duck foie gras are both the most luxurious of livers. They are expensive to buy and not that easy to get hold of, but I wanted to share this recipe with you as it is a dream to eat.
The other reason I am including it is that other livers can be used for this recipe: pan-fried chicken livers or grilled calves’ or lambs’ liver will all work very well.
The pancake recipe will give you approximately 8 pancakes: 4 for this recipe and the remaining 4 to enjoy the followi
