To make these, you need large potatoes. Peel them and cut lengthways with a sharp knife. Shape them, cutting away the edges from top to tail, leaving sharp points. Create a curved edge in the ‘centre’ with the sharp knife or peeler to give a banana shape. Four ‘bananas’ make one portion.
