Here’s another syrup to finish many dishes. It’s a great alternative to use with a simple fruit salad, giving the dish a completely different taste. It can also be used as a garnish for almost any chocolate pudding. The flavour is immense and the colour just as strong. The quantity of mint seems high, but is needed to achieve the right strength of flavour.
