This is a favourite with everyone. The fresh, fruity flavour whisked to a creamy ice is so good. Adding the red-wine vinegar lifts it even more. The raspberry flavour just tastes stronger. This sherbet would go very well with the Roast Peaches or Nectarines or with ‘Burnt’ Peach and Mascarpone Cheesecake Tart with thick cream (almost a peach melba tart!).
