This pasta recipe can be used for so many different pasta dishes: lasagne, ravioli, fettucine, spaghetti and others. It is simple to make and can be put together in an electric mixer, food processor or, best of all, by hand. When working the dough by hand, you will be able to feel the texture you are looking for – it should have a slightly elastic finish. The pasta dough can be rolled either by hand or, if you have one, with a pasta machine.
