Mustard Butter Sauce

• 1 quantity Basic Butter Sauce
• 2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard

Push the butter sauce through a sieve and then add the mustard. I like the sauce to have a fairly strong flavour and 2 tablespoons of whole-grain mustard will give you just that. Add more if you like it stronger.
