Mom’s Hot Sauce

This hot sauce is extra-spicy and very vinegary and has been in my family since the first day I was in the restaurant. It’s a star of my mom’s condiment caddy. The only thing I can really compare it to is a very rustic, unstrained Tabasco. To this day, one touch of this sauce on the tip of my tongue reduces me to a hiccup fit. I’m amazed that customers douse their food with it, but I love that they appreciate it as much as I do. If you don’t want to make it, you can pick up a bottle at Inte
